Founder, Esthetician & Instructor
After a decade of practicing Esthetics, Brittany "Bee" Farr embarked on a purpose path to teach + empower Estheticians. This journey inspired Bee’s Beauty Academy (BBA), an educational space for advance training, resources and professional development.

Bee has anchored herself in the beauty industry as a consistent Leader with vast knowledge and expertise. Having had the opportunity to build an influential clientele and mentor some of the most elite Estheticians in Metro Detroit.

With the BBA mission in mind, Bee wants to equip students with the tools and strategies to become licensed Beauty Professionals. Her goal is to bridge the gap in cosmetology education worldwide.

Alex is a passionate Professional who's eager to connect and empower Estheticians. She combines her joyful demeanor with her leadership and management skills to further the mission of BBA.

Sydney is a talented Esthetician who has diligently mastered her artistry and craft. Her sharp eye, strong leadership skills and desire to help others succeed has propelled her career over the last 5 years. Sydney is now embarking on a journey of helping Estheticians alike succeed.
